Simply provide the following:
- 1003
- Appraisal
- Mortgagee Clause
- Home will be owner occupied or tenant occupied
- Copy of a lease/rental agreement – if tenant occupied
- Elevation Certificate – if flood is required
We offer the convenience of supplying documents needed over email or fax prior to the loan closing. Also the convenience to obtain all paperwork and policy premium at the time of closing. This offers convenience and service for the client and loan professional.
After closing, the signed applications and payment can be mailed to the address on the invoice, or we’ll send someone to the title company for pick-up.
